Rainbow Cards - Sneak Peak!

The new Autumn-Winter Mini Catalogue is just around the corner and here's a sneak peak of one of the fabulous products in it. I've chosen to make rainbow cards to showcase just how cool the new label framelit dies are, using all six of them on each card.
The card on the left has colours from the Regals Collection on Very Vanilla while the other is from the Brights Collection on Whisper White. As rainbows have seven colours, I've used the 7th colour as the sentiment and embellishment.

Simply Adorned

After feeling inspired by Australian Demo Deb Speijers, I had to have a go at creating jewellry! Technically we just making the inserts, but Deb took it a step further and made a folder to hold and display the inserts. I had fun one afternoon going through many of my stamp sets and designer series paper and coming up with different designs. There are a couple in there which I made for my daughter Georgia as she loves to wear my necklace too!

The Simply Adorned range of jewellry, currently available in the Summer Mini Catalogue will not be continued after the catalogue ends on 31 March so any orders will need to be in by then.

Just Add Altered Art...

Further to my post from yesterday, I thought I'd enter this month JAI Scrapbook Challenge as well: Altered Art. I'm hoping they don't mind me entering with my "made the page first then had it framed" entry!I made this page recently as I really wanted a way to display my children's school/daycare photos and be able to change them easily each year. I chose neutral colours, only adding brighter colours for each child's initial. I then had it framed so the glass was slightly off the page and also able to open at the back. I was very happy with the result!

The photos aren't the best sorry, I had trouble photographing it because of the glass on the front.

"Mini Baa" Scrapbook Layout

It's not easy coming up with new layout titles, this is the 3rd year our family has entered Calf Club and I've used "Mini Moo" before! But this year they all had lambs so "Mini Baa" was most appropriate!  This layout was real easy! I just cut a 6x6 square of Night of Navy in half diagonally and adhered to opposing corners then framed with the Vintage Vogue edge stamp, voila!

Stamps: Vintage Vogue, Lovely Letters Alphabet
Cardstock: Daffodil Delight, Night of Navy, Old Olive, Whisper White
Ink: Daffodil Delight, Night of Navy, Old Olive
Accessories: Punches: 1 1/4" Square, Scallop Square, XL & L Tag, Boho Blossoms, Paper Daisies, Rhinestone Brads
