Bold Brights Treat Bag Holder

This weeks challenge on the NZSU! Blog is to design a Treat Bag Holder like the one on Donna Calley's blog. Here's my entry:I'm nearly ready for my debut at the Tauranga Christmas Extravaganza tomorrow. It promises to be a full-on day for everyone concerned!
